We will gather, share and make art in response to our photos, turning the abstract into tangible ways to find hope, beauty and connection in our current social landscape. Using smart phones to capture our images, we will focus on capturing our perspective of what it means to be human. It’s not about the photography itself, but intentionally seeking perspective within our daily lives. No art or photography experience needed! This is a space for adults to use art therapeutically, get creative, and connect with Self and others. Each week a different directive will be offered to help guide the therapeutic experience. There are no prerequisites - you do not need to be good at art, have any experience with art making, or even consider yourself a creative person to join. This is a space to show up exactly as you are, to create, express, and be in community. $35/drop in
