      <image:title>Start Therapy - Meet Steph.</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi I’m Steph! A Certified Art Therapist and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. The heart of my practice is believing that the client is the expert of themselves. I believe that everyone has the answers within themselves and that my role, along with creative expression, is to help you find those answers. Using a client-centered, feminist and strength-based approach, I work to create a safe and collaborative space to creatively express and process your thoughts and emotions. With a graduate diploma in Art Therapy and an undergrad in Sociology, I combine my knowledge of both disciplines to better understand clients on an individual level and how they have been influenced by their larger social situation.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Groups - The Human Experience</image:title>
<image:caption>Sundays 10:00am - 12:00pm January 5th to February 2nd 2025 Each session will invite participants to capture a photo based on four universal human experiences/emotions. We will gather, share and make art in response to our photos, turning the abstract into tangible ways to find hope, beauty and connection in our current social landscape. Using smart phones to capture our images, we will focus on capturing our perspective of what it means to be human. It’s not about the photography itself, but intentionally seeking perspective within our daily lives. No art or photography experience needed! Just a willingness to connect with your creativity and others. $200 per person including all art supplies. Payment plans available. Please contact Steph directly to set up.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Future Dates to Be Announced Join us for a group focused on collective creativity. This is a space for adults to use art therapeutically, get creative, and connect with Self and others. Each week a different directive will be offered to help guide the therapeutic experience. There are no prerequisites - you do not need to be good at art, have any experience with art making, or even consider yourself a creative person to join. This is a space to show up exactly as you are, to create, express, and be in community. $35/drop in</image:caption>
